The Role: Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing & Brand Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Lead brand campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Manage and grow our social media presence, email marketing, and content calendar
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise the online store performance
- Manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners
- Track KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing specialisation preferred)
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- ✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing
- ✅ Passion for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands
