Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Uganda) We currently ship within Uganda. Delivery times vary by location:

• Kampala & Greater Kampala: 1–3 business days
• Upcountry locations: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Domestic Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of UGX 2,500,000 and above.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and courier, typically 7–21 business days. Shipping fees and applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Free International Shipping Enjoy free international shipping on orders of UGX 15,000,000 and above.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS or email.
